Xluzarinax provides professional tree care and shrub trimming services. As a service-based business, our policies differ from product-based businesses. This policy outlines our approach to service satisfaction, cancellations, and refunds.
Service Satisfaction
We are committed to providing high-quality tree care services that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion to discuss your concerns.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service:
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice
- No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Contact us directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment
Our Cancellations
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a service due to:
- Severe weather conditions that make work unsafe
- Equipment failure or technical issues
- Emergency situations
We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
Completed Services
Refunds for completed services are considered on a case-by-case basis:
- If work was not performed as agreed in the service quote, we will address the issue or provide a partial refund
- If you are dissatisfied with completed work, contact us within 48 hours to discuss resolution options
- We may offer to redo the work at no additional cost or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances
Deposits and Prepayments
If you have paid a deposit or prepayment:
- Deposits are generally non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before service
- Full refunds of deposits are available for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance
- Prepayments for future services may be refunded if services are cancelled with appropriate notice
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work and offer a service guarantee:
- Work will be performed according to the agreed service quote
- We will clean up work areas and remove debris as specified
- We will address any issues that arise from our workmanship
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our services:
- Contact us directly to discuss the issue
- We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution
- If we cannot resolve the matter, we may engage in mediation or other dispute resolution processes
Limitations
Please note:
- We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing tree conditions or issues not addressed in the service agreement
- Natural changes in tree appearance after service (such as seasonal changes) are not grounds for refund
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of service completion
